Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the Edible Oil Process Industry.
The role involves complete ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (FSSAI / GMP / EHS).
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven success managing large-scale edible oil or food process plant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end EPC project execution — from concept design to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and control detailed project schedules, budgets, and manpower / resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams – Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation.
- Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, and layout drawings for edible oil refining, extraction, and packaging plants.
- Oversee vendor selection, technical evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment procurement.
- Ensure food-grade design, hygienic construction, and compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and EHS norms.
- Lead site execution, including installation, commissioning, and final plant validation.
- Conduct project audits, risk assessments, and progress reviews to ensure adherence to timelines and costs.
- Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).12–18 years of experience in EPC project management within the Edible Oil / Food Process Industry.Proven track record managing projects worth ₹100 crore+ or multi-site process plants.Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.Knowledge of process utilities such as steam, air, and chilled water systems.PMP certification or equivalent preferred.Key Competencies
