Qualifications
- Graduate
- 3–4 years experience in EA / Secretarial / Office Management roles (preferably in a law firm)
- Strong communication (English & Hindi)
- Proficient in Mac / Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organizational, multitasking & confidentiality skills
- Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, petty cash, records)
- High attention to detail (especially for legal documents)
Key Responsibilities
Office & Staff Management
Oversee daily office operations; supervise support staffManage office supplies, vendors & facility maintenanceCalendar & Client Coordination
Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, and court datesHandle client calls / emails and maintain communication recordsLegal Documentation
Maintain filing system for case files & legal papersPrepare OCR / paginated documents for court filingsTravel Management
Arrange travel for Founder & Advisors (flights, hotels, transport)Coordinate travel with business / court schedulesFinance Support
Manage petty cash & basic accounting recordsProcess reimbursements and vendor invoicesNegotiate with vendors for best ratesConfidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality of Firm & Client informationEnsure adherence to legal and office protocolsAdditional Tasks
Assist Founder with admin & occasional personal tasksPerform other duties as assigned
