Ennovatech Solutions is seeking a Sales & Accounts Coordinator to support our sales operations and finance team. This role combines sales coordination with basic accounts support to ensure smooth client engagement, accurate documentation, and timely financial follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and prospects to ensure timely payments and closure of opportunities.
- Assist the accounts team with tracking receivables, maintaining records, and coordinating payment follow-ups.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industries, and emerging opportunities.
- Execute cold calling and outreach activities to generate leads and expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and accounting systems, ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Support both the sales team and the finance / accounts team in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, accounts support, or a related role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to accounting / CRM tools.Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.What We Offer
