Sales Coordinator / Techno-commercial
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator / Techno-commercial professional to cultivate strong client relationships and manage the quotation and inquiry process. This role is essential for identifying key contacts at potential client companies, fostering valuable business relationships, and providing crucial support to the sales team.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Work on quotations and inquiries from customers.
- Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster a relationship.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical information and support to customers regarding product specifications and applications.
- Track sales orders from placement to delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks , presentations, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with a professional and problem-solving approach.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Skills and Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work on quotations and inquiries .Detail-oriented with good organizational skills .Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management .Familiarity with technical products or the engineering / manufacturing sector is a plus.Problem-solving mindset .Skills Required
