Calibration of pipettes as per ISO 8655.
Knowledge about ISO 17025 standards.
Sending quotations to customers for required spares / Service / AMC for Pipettes through e365.
Achieving the Service business target for Pipette calibration (Service / AMC).
Achieving assigned Goals.
Working closely with customer for on time payment collection.
Management of complaints related to pipettes for the assigned territory.
Customer Communication through E-mail / Letter.
Customer Presentations about Eppendorf Service Capabilities, as and when needed.
Working with the sales & service manager of the Branch.
Updating the market feedback to the management.
Daily CRM update (E365).
Your expertise
Minimum1 to 2 year’s industry related Calibration experience.
Key understanding to handle customer complaints and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional experience in MS office tools is desired.
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent).
