Job description10+ years in SAP SCM / MM (Procurement, P2P, Logistics Execution). Strong rollout / localization project experience, preferably in Europe. Knowledge of currency handling, tax, and integration with FI. Experience in life sciences or pharma industry is a plus. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP SCM functional consultant (MM / SD focus, with integration knowledge). Experience in life sciences / pharma (helps in regulatory and validation-heavy environments). Hands-on in rollouts, upgrades, or localization projects (currency, tax, regulatory). Strong communicator for cross-functional work (since finance, supply chain, and IT all need alignment here).

About the role :
My Client A leading global pharmaceutical company is preparing for the upcoming currency transition in Bulgaria (BGN to EUR). This requires adapting and rolling out existing SAP S / 4HANA systems to ensure smooth supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and finance integration.
Responsibilities :
- Support the rollout of global SAP SCM templates to local Bulgarian operations.
- Ensure accurate handling of currency change impacts in procurement, material management, pricing, invoicing, and reporting.
- Work closely with Finance (FI / CO) teams to align supply chain and financial processes.
- Configure and test SAP MM / SCM processes to ensure compliance with pharma and regulatory standards.
- Provide end-user support and training during cutover and go-live.
