Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP MDG Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Material Master Data Management and related MDG components. The role requires the ability to analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and work closely with functional teams to implement and support SAP MDG solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and configure SAP MDG Material Master Data Model and related enhancements including Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Implement and enhance Context-Based Adaptation, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and WebDynpro for UI customizations
• Configure and maintain BRF+ Workflows, including Decision Tables and BAdI implementations
• Work with Data Quality BAdIs for validations, derivations, and UI field behavior
• Good to have : Key / Value Mapping expertise
• Configure and manage Data Replication Framework (DRF) Replication via IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services
• Utilize MDG APIs for custom and standard integration scenarios
• Translate business requirements into technical specification documents
• Perform unit testing based on functional specs and document results
• Resolve defects and incidents in a timely manner, including break-fix and enhancements
• Support production deployments and collaborate with functional teams
• Use tools such as Dynamics, RevTracs, JIRA for defect / incident / change management
• Willingness to work in shifts as per the project's needs
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
