Overview :

An SAP SD / OTC Consultant is responsible for managing and implementing the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order to Cash (OTC) modules in SAP systems.

  • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Configure and implement SAP SD / OTC modules according to business requirements

What you do :

  • Configuring and implementing SAP SD / OTC solutions, analyzing business processes, and providing ongoing support and training to end users.
  • Analyze and solve SAP SD / OTC related issues. Conduct testing of system changes, transport management, and release management.
  • Work closely with business users on upgrades and continuous improvement. Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system.
  • Create functional and technical training documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design SAP solutions.
  • Provide end user training and support. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • What we require :

  • Extensive experience in SAP SD / OTC module implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration between SAP modules. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD / OTC solutions.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow projects through to completion. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • SAP certifications are a plus.
  • Required Qualification :

  • A degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
