Role Overview

The Advisory & Transactions professional will play a pivotal role in driving capital inflows, advising investors, and successfully closing investment transactions. This role demands a blend of real estate advisory & transactions services experience, capital markets expertise, real estate investment acumen, and the ability to cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, wealth advisors, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

I. Capital Formation & Lead Generation

• Source and secure investors for acquisitions across Alt. Investments’ portfolio.
• Identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors, wealth distributors, investment advisors, and family offices.

II. Investor Engagement & Relationship Building
