Role Overview

The Advisory & Transactions professional will play a pivotal role in driving capital inflows, advising investors, and successfully closing investment transactions. This role demands a blend of real estate advisory & transactions services experience, capital markets expertise, real estate investment acumen, and the ability to cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, wealth advisors, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

I. Capital Formation & Lead Generation

Source and secure investors for acquisitions across Alt. Investments’ portfolio.

Identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors, wealth distributors, investment advisors, and family offices.

II. Investor Engagement & Relationship Building

Build a strong network of investors including UHNIs, HNIs, Investment Managers, and Wealth Advisors.

Understand investor profiles and align project offerings with their investment appetite.

III. Advisory & Risk Alignment

Provide tailored advisory to investors based on risk appetite, return expectations, asset class preferences, and time horizons.

Present clear investment strategies and rationales to enable informed decision-making.

IV. Transaction Execution

Drive the entire transaction lifecycle from investor pitch to commitment and closure.

Negotiate, structure, and finalise investments into Alt.’s real estate projects.

Ensure timely achievement of project funding requirements.

V. Target Achievement & Reporting

Consistently achieve capital raising and transaction closure targets.

Provide management with regular reports on pipeline status, closed deals, and investor feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong track record in investment advisory, capital raising, or real estate private equity.

Ability to pool and structure large-scale real estate investments.

Proven experience in engaging with institutional investors, wealth managers, and investment advisors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, risk-return frameworks, and transaction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.

3+ years of experience in real estate advisory & transactions services, capital formation, investment banking, real estate private equity, or wealth management.

Demonstrated ability to close large transactions and raise funds.
