Job descriptionJointly own OKRs for business units and build AOP to achieve them Conduct month-end reviews, adjustments, and financial reporting Handle ad hoc requests, problem-solving, and scenario analysis for business initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align financial strategies and operations
Key Deliverables :
- Provide financial insights and support to specific business units
- Develop financial plans alongside business and technology teams using a bottom-up approach
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making
- Own and track key financial and business metrics for respective business units
- Lead standardization and automation projects to improve process efficiency
