Job Summary
- Create pro active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams & client partners Respond to RFP / I / Qs and create compelling & winning proposals
- Coordinate with all stakeholders sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR etc to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
- Acquire thorough knowledge of the Company's capabilities, credentials & differentiated offerings
- Act as a custodian of all the go to market GTM decks and offerings for the Banking / Insurance / Manufacturing domains
- Understand and translate customer requirements into an innovative solution offering, deal approach, solution plan, and cost estimate - leveraging standard process methods, deliverables, and the right collection of offerings
- Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offerings to the client buyer and other groups
- Understand and clearly define the inputs required to create cost estimates
- Prepare the cost model estimates working with Delivery Team and Service Line teams
- Work with internal teams and client representatives to create agreeable terms for documents such as MSA, NDA etc as part of SL offering
- Ensure legal, financial, and other compliance as applicable in collaboration with the Legal, HR and other support teams
- Create Case Studies, Sales Collateral, Battle Cards, POVs etc as a part of the knowledge & asset management
- Create standardized templates for replicating across proposals
- Own the Order Booking Revenue Targets from Qualified Sales Pipeline
