Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive for a full-time on-site role located in Noida sec 73. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. They will also work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales skills to assist with customer acquisition and retention
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer care or a related role is a plus
