Job Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
Required Candidate Profile :
Excellent proficiency in spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role.Strong active listening skills and ability to respond appropriately to customer needs.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.Skills Required
