Role : Manager - Client Acquisition / Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and driven Manager Client Acquisition / Sales with 24 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive aggressive new client acquisition and execute a designed sales process to significantly expand the company's client base.
The Manager will be critical in developing and implementing new sales strategies, meeting planned growth targets, managing client onboarding, and contributing to high-level policy and strategy decisions.
Primary Responsibility & Core Functions
New Client Acquisition and Sales Strategy :
- Execute the designed sales process for new client acquisition from initial outreach to final contract signing.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs designed to capture key demographics and market segments.
- Be accountable for meeting planned sales growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Promote the organization and its services effectively to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Extensively and timely follow up with all prospective clients throughout the sales funnel.
Financial Planning and Reporting :
Publish accurate financial forecasts for the month and quarter, providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline and expected revenue.Prepare compelling presentation decks tailored specifically for client / s meetings and pitches.Business Management and Onboarding :
Follow the established onboarding process for each new client, meticulously ensuring all deliverables are clearly documented along with the expected Turnaround Times (TATs) and financials.Extending a clear, comprehensive download of the deliverables to the delivery team, ensuring seamless project handover and client satisfaction.View the functional area (sales) in the wider context of the client and the company objectives.Strategy and Quality Improvement (Others) :
Contribute to making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions related to sales and market expansion.Oversee SLA / KPI Management related to client acquisition targets and delivery handover efficiency.Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems and procedures within the sales process.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 24 years of professional experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, or business development.Sales Acumen : Proven ability to manage a full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.Strategy : Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and programs.Forecasting : Ability to create and publish accurate financial forecasts.Communication : Excellent presentation and follow-up skills.Process Orientation : Strong capability in documenting deliverables and managing client onboarding processes efficiently.Preferred Skills
Experience in sales for a service-based organization (e.g., consulting, technology services).Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Prior experience contributing to high-level strategic planning.Location & Experience
