Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler / Visualization Specialist to create and optimize 3D assets for factory layouts, equipment, and immersive environments. The role involves ensuring models are optimized for real-time rendering, VR / AR readiness, and Omniverse compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert CAD / BIM files (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) into USD / OpenUSD formats.
• Design and develop 3D assets using tools such as Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.
• Optimize textures, materials, and lighting for visual quality and performance.
• Prepare models for real-time rendering, VR / AR environments, and physics simulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality assets.
• Ensure models are Omniverse-ready and meet project performance standards.
