Job Description

• Understanding the client’s concerns, challenges and delivering solution to address those concerns.
• Maintain chemical inventory at site and store, dose chemical as per requirement and maintain data, get sign off from customer and generate monthly consumption invoice.
• Avoid penalties due to ignorance and poor involvement.
• Deliver values to customer not merely chemicals. Work on value generation plan. Calculate CGC and turbine efficiency and maintain all critical parameters all the time.
• Develop team technically and be capable to trouble shoot the problems scientifically.
• Lead root cause analysis in case any problem occurs and be a team player during entire execution.
• Regular visits to all departments to get data inputs and maintain the relationships with them.
• Responsible to ensure timely dispatch / execution of customer orders, providing customer support and service after sales.
• Responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external customers and also present performance case to customer with action plan.
• Be responsible for supporting commercial team for developing opportunities and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. Interface with appropriate internal departments (support function,
• Product application, operation, planning and logistics) as needed
• Responsible to handle service team associates and instruct them toexecute the order technically well.

Qualifications

Science Graduate / post graduate / B. Tech (chemical)
