Position : Head – MIS & Planning

Location : Bangalore

Reporting To : CEO

Experience : 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the MIS & Planning function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business performance to management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and strategic planning models to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with business heads to drive efficiency, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Implement systems and processes to strengthen data accuracy, transparency, and governance.
• Manage and mentor the MIS team to achieve departmental objectives.
