Key Deliverables

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for high-value clients
  • Manage a team of associate managers and operations executives
  • Ensure timely go-live, process compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Deliver project documentation, updates, and stakeholder reporting

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate client needs into platform configurations
  • Guide clients post-implementation for smooth adoption
  • Travel to client sites when required for training and support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues
