Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role
- Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing)
- Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.
- Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal
assistance
Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely mannerWrite complex formulas that leverage mathematical and / or programming skillsPerform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirementsIdentify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholdersSupport the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholdersResponsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projectsLearn how to estimate work effort and communicate with key stakeholders on the projectParticipate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstratingunderstanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management

Ensure adherence to WorkForce Software's established documentation standards and methodologiesIdentify opportunities to improve our product offerings based on customer feedback.Manage Customer expectations with relevant communication during key phases of theproject life cycle
Document and communicate out of scope requirements and delays to the appropriate teammembers
Estimate work effort and communicate with Project Managers, customers and other keystakeholders regarding project status
Investigate issues reported during customer testing phases, including tracking and reportingdefects
Mentor junior team membersRequirements
2-4 Years experience in software implementationsMinimum 2 years' experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and / or SQLDemonstrated knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML or other scripting toolsExperience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complexinternally developed application
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on ExcelUnderstand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a servicesdelivery role
Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role requires capability of rapidly shifting focusand responding to ever-changing conditions
Strong communication skills both written and verbalPossesses basic problem-solving skillsExperience or ability to read / write SQL and write simple queriesKnowledgeable of and understand common implementation principles and lifecycleCapability to exercise mature judgementDemonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstancesAbility to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team and establish excellent workingrelationships
