Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for a Field Executive for BTL (Below the Line) activities. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating and implementing field marketing activities, managing on-ground promotions, and engaging with potential clients to promote services. Responsibilities include setting up and managing event spaces, supervising promotional materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns. The role also involves tracking activity results and providing performance reports to the management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and manage teams on the ground
• Basic knowledge of event management, promotional activities, and campaign implementation
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless activity management
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data tracking
• Prior experience in field marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination is preferred
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English for effective communication is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required
