Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing HR strategies and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Ensuring a positive workplace environment and addressing employee grievances in a professional manner is key.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification- Graduate (B. Com), MBA in HR preferable
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Proficiency in developing HR strategies and policies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle employee grievances and foster a positive office culture
• Proven experience in training and development
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
