For our expanding operations in India, we are currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain, compliance, logistics coordination, and operational activities in the Indian market, ensuring alignment with global group standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for Ventós India (imports, inland transportation, and deliveries to customers).
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Oversee import procedures, including documentation, customs clearance, GST compliance, and product registration requirements.
• Monitor stock levels in coordination with our global warehouses to ensure timely supply and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Analyze delivery performance, logistics costs, and operational KPIs;

propose improvements where needed.

Requirements

experience in the chemical or F&F industry is a plus.

knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
