Supply Chain Manager at Dahej and Nagothane locations for a leading company in Hydrocarbon industry.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities

Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries

Responsible for all site-based procurements of construction materials viz RMC, Cement, Steel, Consumables, Tools & Tackles, Spares, Electrical Items etc

Purchase Order originator for all purchases based on the Purchase Requisition given by User Departments

Responsible for timely delivery of material at project site.

Coordinate with Stores for timely GRN process.

Coordinate with Vendors for timely submission of bills.

Coordinate with SSC Payment Centre for any disputes in bill processing.

Provide weekly reports to their respective Cluster Material Managers on procurement status as per objectives / targets

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Mechanical preferred) or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years' of supply chain experience

Strong negotiation and influencing skills
