The impact you will have in this role :
Being a member of the Enterprise Automation team, you will develop highly scalable and efficient automation solutions using a combination of the latest technology stack like Low Code / No Code, data manipulation, and Analytics tools, along with legacy technologies for internal and external DTCC consumers.
This role requires close coordination with multiple geographically dispersed groups (Business partners, Subject Matter Experts, Senior Technologists, Analysts as well as infrastructure teams) across the enterprise to implement automated solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Lead a team of 10-15 developers delivering automated solutions using various technologies such as low code / no code tools, ETL platforms, and legacy platforms like MS Access and SQL ServerDrive an Agile delivery team that builds high-quality and scalable work products based on in-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Support multiple production application releases and maintenance windows as needed, working with the Operations teamDevelop trusted partnerships with internal clients and other stakeholdersApply understanding of how automation tools can drive improved risk & resiliency, client experience, and efficiency in solving business problemsEnsure policies and procedures are maintained and stay aligned to changing risk and control landscapeBalance the team's automation delivery with timely response to Regulatory requestsIdentify and report on End User Computing Applications (EUCAs) and adhere to model validation requirementsCollaborate with Business Architects to determine how automation can enable reimagined future-state processesSecure and manage automation budgetsResearch and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and adoption of new automation toolsContribute to the strategy development and execution of a multi-year plan for DTCC's process automation programCreate and deliver strategic presentations on broad topics (related to automation) and produce thought leadership to increase organizational and client awarenessSupport the organization in building and growing the talent required to enhance existing automation platformsEstablish metrics and manage team based on data with a continuous improvement mindsetLeadership Competencies for this level include :

10+ years of experience managing high-performing automation teams in the financial sectorDeep expertise in the Microsoft suite of products with experience working on MS-Access, SQL Server, Power BI, Visual Basic, etc.Ability to design end-to-end solutions using workflow tools like Appian with multiple integration touchpoints (web applications, mainframe layers, and desktop apps)Strong understanding of architectural patterns and their impact on automation solutionsImplementation experience using ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, etc., and the ability to oversee the data modeling teamStrong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering technical details to a non-technical audienceExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with experience working in distributed teamsExperience with process improvement methodologies is a plus (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)Background in Python, Perl is a huge plusAdditional Information :
