Project Manager Position Overview

• A seasoned project manager is required to oversee the implementation of travel products for clients.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and tracking projects using client-specific processes and tools.
• This role involves acting as the single point of contact for the project team throughout the implementation process.
• Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the client-defined onboarding process, from pre-assessment to post-implementation.
• The candidate will lead local Joint Planning meetings and ensure effective collaboration.
• They will clarify and communicate roles and responsibilities to all project members.
• Leading weekly conference calls, preparing agendas, and producing detailed call notes are also essential duties.
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and updating project tracking tools (e.g., OneForm, Task List) are key performance indicators.
• Proactive risk management, including escalation and resolution as needed, is a critical aspect of this role.
• Attending and contributing to EMEA & Global Implementation calls, providing updates and delivering required actions by specified deadlines, is also required.
• Coordinating end-to-end testing and technical setups with relevant service delivery and technical teams, including telephony departments, is another key responsibility.
