About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Procurement with strong exposure to IT Infrastructure and System Integration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire procurement cycle — from requisition to delivery — for IT infrastructure and related equipment.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for IT hardware, networking, and software solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery and service compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Projects, IT, Finance, etc.) for procurement planning and approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain procurement MIS reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.
