About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive

Procurement Executive

to handle end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at the best cost.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and negotiate with vendors for goods and services.

Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning.

Track inventory levels and optimize purchase cycles.

Maintain accurate records and ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements :

Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / related field.

2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

Strong negotiation, communication, and Excel skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.
