Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Floor Operations

  • Supervise all floor-level sales activities with a strong focus on customer-first service.
  • Foster a high-performance culture to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure VM (visual merchandising) standards are executed flawlessly, reflecting brand aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Oversee accurate billing, delivery, and product handover procedures.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate with the back office for timely stock replenishment.

Team Management & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and train Retail Sales Officers (RSOs), Greeters, and Support Staff in customer service, selling techniques, and product expertise.
  • Conduct daily briefings to align the team on targets, updates, and sales strategies.
