The MSS Practice Lead will drive Cloud Kinetics’ Managed Security Services strategy worldwide, establishing a best-in-class cybersecurity managed services organization. This role combines strategic leadership, global delivery management, and technical excellence to strengthen Cloud Kinetics’ position as a trusted Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the global vision and roadmap for Managed Security Services across regions.- Lead global SOC operations, ensuring cohesive delivery of SIEM, MDR, incident response, and threat intelligence services.- Align MSS services with Cloud Kinetics’ Arcus platform capabilities for integrated cloud security monitoring and automation.- Drive global delivery excellence, governance, and continuous service improvement.- Engage with enterprise customers to shape large-scale SecOps strategy, transformation, and compliance posture.- Partner with hyperscalers and technology vendors to co-develop and scale advanced MSS offerings.- Lead and mentor multi-location security teams across India, Singapore, and North America.- Represent Cloud Kinetics as a thought leader in industry forums and contribute to GTM strategy through solution evangelization.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.- 12+ years of overall cybersecurity experience with 6+ years in MSSP global practice leadership or security delivery management.- Deep expertise in SIEM (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, ArcSight), SOC automation (SOAR), and hybrid cloud security.- Proven track record of scaling MSS operations globally and leading distributed security teams.- Familiarity with frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.- Experience with large enterprise compliance requirements (GDPR, RBI, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent.Please share your resume on
