Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation & Strategy : Serve as a trusted advisor to Netcore Cloud
- clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and email
- marketing needs. Develop and present tailored email marketing strategies and
- roadmaps to drive client success.
- Deliverability Optimization : Conduct comprehensive deliverability audits,
- diagnose issues, and implement solutions to improve inbox placement rates and
- sender reputation for clients. Provide ongoing guidance on deliverability best
- practices.
- Campaign Management & Optimization : Provide expert guidance and support to
- clients on all aspects of email campaign management, including planning,
- segmentation, content optimization, A / B testing, and automation.
- Platform Expertise : Demonstrate deep proficiency in the Netcore Cloud
- platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Train
- clients on how to effectively use the platform to achieve their email marketing
- objectives.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Monitor and analyze email campaign
- performance data, identify trends, and provide clients with regular reports and
- actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for email marketing
- expertise and support.
- Project Management : Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously,
- ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest
- quality standards.
- Best Practice Advocacy : Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing
- trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively share this knowledge
- with clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Netcore Clouds sales,
- product, and support teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide
- valuable client feedback to improve the platform.
- Drive Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- additional Netcore Cloud services to existing clients based on their needs and
- goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relatedfield.2-5 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on clientconsulting or agency experience preferred.Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverabilityprinciples, sender reputation, and relevant regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).Proven expertise in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns for avariety of business types and industries.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, drawactionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability topresent complex information clearly and persuasively.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Proficiency in HTML for email and experience with various ESPs.Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration.Strong client relationship management skills with a proven track record ofbuilding and maintaining long-term partnerships.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timeeffectively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for helping clients succeed and a strong understanding of theirbusiness needs.Experience working with the Netcore Cloud platform is highly preferred.Bonus Points :Certification(s) in email marketing or related areas.Experience in a SaaS environment.Knowledge of SQL.Skills Required
