About Bidvid

Bidvid is an AI-powered ad tech platform revolutionizing digital advertising by optimizing campaign performance in real time. By leveraging predictive algorithms, Bidvid drives smarter ad decisions, helping brands achieve cost-effective media buys and maximum ROI . Our platform reduces CPMs and CPVs by up to 40% while improving key performance indicators (KPIs). We focus on delivering highly optimised campaigns across a variety of verticals with non-invasive, privacy-compliant optimisation .

Job Description

Drive digital ad sales across a defined set of industry verticals, leveraging your understanding of the advertising and marketing ecosystem. This is a serious, high-impact role for professionals who are well-connected and finely attuned to industry dynamics.

Prospect, pitch, and build new advertising opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders, utilising Bidvid’s AI-powered platform to create campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct online advertisers and media agencies, demonstrating familiarity with the marketing circuit and corporate decision-making processes.

Manage the entire client lifecycle—from initial engagement to campaign execution, optimization, and re-engagement.

Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve business goals and revenue targets, while identifying new opportunities in a competitive, high-stakes ad environment.

Ensure a strong and healthy business pipeline at all times, prioritizing high-quality prospects that align with Bidvid’s performance-driven offerings.

Independently execute the sales plan with accountability, demonstrating professionalism, strategic thinking, and agility in a fast-moving digital ad landscape.

Prepare, maintain, and present regular business reports with actionable insights for leadership and clients, using a data-first approach to showcase results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in corporate digital ad sales.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a knack for delivering innovative content solutions that maximize ROI for brands.
  • Excellent relationship manager, skilled at planning, scheduling, and meeting commitments; capable of scaling brand and agency partnerships year-on-year.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and mature in understanding evolving business needs.
  • A sharp negotiator, fast learner, strategic thinker, and proactive doer.
  • Exceptionally proactive, eager to take initiative, and confident in running with new ideas.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
