We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Growth Manager Sales & Client Engagement to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across various industries.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, demos, and presentations, showcasing our gamified engagement and team-building solutions.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals that address client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.Understand client pain points and recommend the right engagement strategies and products to meet their business goals.Coordinate closely with the Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery post-sales.Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and account growth.Reporting & Process Management :
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.Track and report weekly and monthly sales metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.Analyze sales trends and client feedback to continuously refine outreach and engagement approaches.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process, improve conversion rates, and optimize client onboarding.Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.23 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or corporate client management, preferably in the corporate events, HR tech, or employee engagement industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to handle client meetings independently.Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated individual with strong closing skills.Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, operations, and delivery teams.Passion for learning and staying updated with corporate engagement trends and client experience innovations.Must be comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.What We Offer :
