We are seeking a
Solution Consultant
who can act as the bridge between
clients, business needs, and technology delivery . This is a
client-facing, consultative role
that combines
business analysis, solution design, and pre-sales .
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Consulting
Attend client calls, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges.
Act as a
trusted advisor / consultant , asking the right questions to uncover real business needs.
Communicate confidently with CXOs, business heads, and IT stakeholders.
Solutioning & Business Analysis
Translate client requirements into
solutions, workflows, and technical approaches .
Draft
BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and wireframes
when needed.
Work with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure solutions are
scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with business goals .
Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
Collaborate with Sales / BD team to design
RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations .
Create solution decks, demo flows, and case studies for client pitches.
Estimate scope, effort, and timeline with delivery teams.
Collaboration & Delivery Handoff
Ensure smooth transition of requirements to delivery teams.
Support clients during
UAT and solution validation .
Provide continuous feedback loops between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
3–6 years
of experience as a
Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant / Solution Consultant
in IT, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
Strong business acumen — ability to understand
how businesses work, not just the tech side .
Client-facing experience :
comfortable leading discovery calls and workshops .
Hands-on with tools like
Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart .
Exposure to
AI, SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software (ERP / CRM)
is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
Ability to think strategically and
craft solutions that align with business objectives .
