Graviti Pharmaceuticals - Operations Analyst - Manufacturing Plant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our manufacturing plant at Hyderabad. In this role, you will analyze operational processes, drive data-driven improvements, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize production output. Operational Analysis & Reporting (40%)

• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data (e.g., production yields, downtime, cycle times, inventory levels) using tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor plant performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or 5-Why.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce waste, increase throughput, and lower costs while maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Project Management (40%)
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects (e.g., equipment upgrades, process automation, supply chain optimization, quality improvement initiatives) from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with teams including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments using tools like MS Project.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable ROI.
• Drive change management to implement project outcomes across the organization.
