To co-ordinate with sales, technology, content strategy and creative marketing teams in TIL for daily jobs. Plan and execute all Spotlight campaigns effectively2. Ensure fulfilment of new and existing business opportunities to help clients figure out how best to use digital platforms to achieve the set objectives3. Engage with clients and maintain a fruitful relationship with them4. Ensure accurate billing for all campaigns and complete campaign consumption as per the RO5. Campaign monitoring and optimization along with detailed campaign report creation6. Experience in event management along with great knowledge of Webinars, Webcasts, basics of Video production, print, mobile platforms (ATL + BTL)Candidate Profile1. Someone from main line or digital advertising agency preferred2. More than 2 years of work experience in advertising / client servicing / digital marketing domain 3. Exposure to the digital marketing industry is a must4. Past experience in customer service / client servicing in the digital marketing / advertising industry and who is committed in taking charge of deliverables of campaigns5. Experience in Account Management, Social Media, Client Servicing, Digital Marketing, Events and Campaign Management6. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Twitter and FB paid campaigns7. Proactive, youthful, with an analytical brain and a smart attitude8. Persuasive, convincing and influencing skills. Must have client facing experience9. A socially vibrant, enthusiastic and zealous attitude10. Cross-Team Coordination : o Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Content Strategy, and Creative Marketing teams to plan and execute all Spotlight campaigns.o Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments for daily tasks and project updates.2. Campaign Execution & Fulfillment : o Oversee the execution of new and existing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.o Help clients identify the best digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) to achieve their objectives.3. Client Relationship Management : o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by engaging with them regularly through meetings and ongoing communication.o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.4. Billing and Campaign Delivery : o Manage campaign billing to ensure accurate invoicing for all campaigns.o Oversee campaign consumption and fulfillment according to the Release Order (RO).5. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting : o Monitor and optimize live campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.o Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, including performance analysis and key insights.6. Event & Webinar Management : o Plan and manage events, webinars, and webcasts, ensuring seamless execution.o Have a solid understanding of video production, print, mobile platforms, and ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies.7. Client Interactions & Management : o Quantify client satisfaction through meetings, feedback, and appreciation emails.o Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.8. Case Study Development : o Develop comprehensive case studies for successful campaigns, highlighting the strategies used, results achieved, and client feedback.9.
