Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Management :
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
Budget & Financial Management :
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues.Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.Quality Assurance & Compliance :
Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and development activities meet the required specifications.Manage any compliance issues related to zoning, permits, and environmental regulations.Team Leadership & Coordination :
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, ensuring clear communication among all project stakeholders.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, sales) to align project activities with overall business objectives.Risk Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including delays, disputes, or changes in scope.Client & Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.Manage client expectations and ensure that all project deliverables meet their requirements.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.
