Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

The Recruiter will be responsible for :

• Identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience 1-3 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources
