• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
• Mentor and coach store Managers to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop staff members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
• Drive sales growth, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices
• Requirements :
• 1- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR segment

or an MNC in a

similar role

• Proven track record of operational improvements and business growth
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable
