Our digital division focuses on YouTube growth, social media marketing, creator collaborations, and digital strategy for brands.
Our studios division handles end-to-end post-production for OTT, films, and digital content, including editing, dubbing, motion graphics, localization, and adaptation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior HR Executive to support and manage core HR operations at Cocoma Digital.
This role is execution-focused and requires expertise across recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance support.
The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, process-driven, and experienced in managing HR responsibilities in a fast-paced creative or digital environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring : sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for digital, creative, and production roles.
- Conduct HR interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leaves, and trackers on Google Suite / HRMS.Ensure monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, overtime) are shared accurately with Finance.Hands-on experience on statutory compliance tasks - PF, ESIC, and labor law documentation.Prepare HR reports, daily trackers, and weekly / monthly MIS.3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.Conduct joining formalities, inductions, and orientation sessions.Plan and coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.Support performance-related processes : confirmations, appraisals, and probation reviews.4. Policies, Culture & Communication
Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs.Ensure clear communication of HR guidelines across teams.Promote Cocoma’s culture of professionalism, discipline, and collaboration.Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR ethics at all times.5. Exit Management
Handle resignations, notice periods, handovers, documentation, and clearances.Coordinate with Finance for FnF processing and employee settlements.Conduct exit interviews and prepare closure reports.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Experience in media, creative, digital marketing, production, or agency setups preferred.Language & Communication
English – RequiredShould be able to draft professional emails, conduct HR meetings, and coordinate across teams confidently.Communication : Must be able to draft clear, professional communication, conduct interviews, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Should represent the company confidently in meetings and discussions.Tools & Technical Proficiency
