Role Overview
As our Partner Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our partner success strategy. You'll manage and grow relationships with key selling partners, helping them thrive while contributing directly to our revenue and market expansion. This is a fully remote role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management : Build and nurture strategic relationships with selling partners to drive mutual success.
- Sales Enablement : Equip partners with the tools, training, and insights they need to effectively sell and support our SaaS solutions.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor partner performance using data and analytics; identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strategic Planning : Develop joint business plans with partners that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
- Negotiation & Advocacy : Lead contract discussions and advocate for partner needs internally.
- Program Management : Oversee onboarding, enablement, and engagement programs to ensure partner success.
- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies relevant to our SaaS space.
- Problem Solving : Address partner challenges with agility and diplomacy, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Tech Savviness : Use partner management platforms and automation tools to streamline workflows and scale operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales—preferably in a SaaS or tech start-up environment.Proven success in managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, SFDC and etc.Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced startup culture.What We Offer
