Job Summary : We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our construction / project funding vertical. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project loan sales, especially within the real estate and construction sector. Key Responsibilities : Generate leads and close sales for construction / project loans

Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents

Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and disbursement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements

Qualifications & Skills : 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction / project funding

Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or loan agencies is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
