Profile : VMware VCF Support(L3).

Roles & Responsibility

  • Provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of VCF components such as vSphere, NSX, YSAN, and SDDC Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the development and execution of proactive measures to enhance VCF stability and performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Mentor and assist junior support engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and best practices.
  • Engage with product development teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and contribute to product improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and certifications to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for VCF[1]related queries, both internally and externally, contributing to the overall success of the support team.
