• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Manager position based in Howrah, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Team Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and facilitate the professional development of team members.
• Responsibilities will include setting targets, monitoring progress, and coordinating with different departments to achieve organizational Leadership and Team Management skills
