This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Execution : Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.Business Operations : Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across functions.Decision Support : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.Program Management : Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects with measurable outcomes.Leadership Enablement : Prepare business review documents, board presentations, and investor updates. Act as a thought partner to founders in critical discussions.Special Projects : Take ownership of high-priority initiatives (e.g., M&A evaluations, global expansion, GTM strategy, org design) as they arise.Ideal Candidate Profile : Education : MBA from a top-tier B-School in India.Experience : 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting .
