Job Responsibilities :
This position ensures strong support for all ISOL service delivery activities and actively contributes to daily functional responsibilities.
The position is posted for #Bangalore location and it is a #hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management Support :
- Quotes creation in SAP.
- Preparation of POs / PRs in Purchasing tool.
- Administer the project pipeline and assignment with management teams.
- Create necessary project documentation and collaboration sites to support project initiation.
- Back end topics (Reporting, Status Updates to managers.
- Project closures and subsequent customer survey with follow-up as needed.
- Onboarding / Offboarding employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with HR for partner account.
- Place orders for email account.
- Place orders for VPN Account.
- Help the new employee / contractor with getting connected to Magna network and manage access to various system resources.
License Management / System Administration Support :
Billing Support :
Licensing support.Support in creating CRIT notes and subsequent billing.Evaluation and review of user privileges.Regular Communication And Escalation Management :
Responsibility for regular communication regarding support ticket status and escalation of major issues.Oversight to exceptions and management of time tracking.Qualifications :
Business Administration, Computer Science or another technical related degree.3 years of work-related experience.SAP, MS Office, Outlook experience.Project and Time Management Skills.High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy and social skills.Excellent performance and organizational skills.Very good English communication skills both verbal and written.(ref : hirist.tech)
