Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Project Manager.

In this role, the Project Manager will streamline its complex, interconnected business processes. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives without disrupting core operations, leveraging advanced project management methodologies and tools to deliver successful outcomes. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to apply expertise in project management to oversee operational excellence, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement through effective governance, simplification, standardization, and strategic planning across all supported units.

Responsibilities

1.Initiation

oDefine the project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

oConduct feasibility studies and assess potential risks.

oCreate a business case or project charter to secure project approval.

2.Planning

oDevelop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

oCreate a budget and allocate resources effectively.

oIdentify and manage risks, developing mitigation strategies for potential issues.

3.Execution

oLead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks and clarifying roles.

oOversee project activities and manage the day-to-day workflow.

oFacilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

4.Monitoring & Controlling

oTrack project progress against the plan, using key performance indicators (KPIs).

oManage the project budget and adjust resources as needed to stay on track.

oHandle changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, and communicate these changes to all parties.

oStrong stakeholder communication with HR leadership and IT operations

5.Closure

oObtain formal acceptance of the project deliverables from the client or sponsor.

oConduct a post-mortem or retrospective analysis to identify what went well and what could be improved for future projects.

oArchive all project documentation and release team members.

Qualifications We Seek in You!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• .A bachelor%27s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is required
• .Extensive experience in project management, preferably in a global or multinational context
• .Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile, is preferred.
