What You will Be Doing
Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical advice and suggest system improvements for the global HR Technology team.
- Implement strategies to maintain consistency and enhance efficiency across regions.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to provide technical solutions which meet business and regulatory needs.
- Provide training, support and mentoring to HR technology Analysts.
- Stay updated on changes affecting HR systems and provide recommendations to implement innovative improvements.
- Analyze HR metrics and advise leadership of proactive corrective actions needed.
- Lead projects by identifying gaps in current systems and defining solutions.
- Work with HR leadership to understand business needs.
- Guide project teams with architectural and technical support.
- Explain HR Technology strategies to stakeholders, executives and IT professionals.
- Ensure software architecture meets compliance and business requirements.
- Review vendor proposals for accuracy, quality and budget compliance.
- Oversee external developers' project work.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications :
12 years of related experience in HRIS with developing technical expertise with HR Technology with an IT degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.Required experience with Workday, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Workday Documents.Expert-level knowledge and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently on complex issues.Proven leadership in teams or projects.What's In It for You
