3LS Support Engineer - Automation Scripting

Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive 3LS Support Engineer to join our cloud-native engineering team. This role demands hands-on experience in automation development, container technologies, and troubleshooting cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and JavaScript
• Provide third-level support for cloud-native applications, ensuring quick resolution of complex issues
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance automation frameworks
• Work with TOSCA and Mistral engine for orchestration and test automation
• Manage and troubleshoot containerized environments using OpenShift, Docker, and Helm
• Monitor and optimize application performance in production environments
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Ensure secure and scalable operations in a Linux-based infrastructure
