About Company

A global leader in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) , delivering precision-engineered components to the automotive, medical devices, aerospace, consumer, and industrial sectors . With rapid expansion across APAC, US, and Europe , we’re looking for 4 dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join global sales team.

Your Role

Prospect, qualify, and develop leads in your assigned region (APAC, US, or Europe).

Build strong customer relationships via calls, emails, and online meetings.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.

Manage CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years, not more than 5 years of inside sales / business development experience (manufacturing / engineering background preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to customers.

Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual selling platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
